it makes one quiver, sensing the senseless disaster in his bones… a breathtaking view across a breathtaking city. a suffocating thought to be standing right there, only months before a band of people turned into brutes and committed their atrocious crimes against their kin! they, the inhuman aggressors, are still on all of our minds but in none of our hearts! greetings, sabine.

That was the most terrible day....one I think that none of us will,or should forget. So very many innocent lives lost, so many families devastated all round the world.

ohhhh - what a strange feeling this must give you to relive how you took this photo when you were up there ... and it is an excellent overview over this part of the big city and all those bridges across the Hudson ...
