Greetings and thank you for visiting my profile page !!!
I am part of the Administrative Team at FC.com and manager of the Nature Channel. I am here to support and help you as best as I can, and I appreciate looking at all your great nature images on a daily basis.

my profile image is from September 2022 - a selfie in the mirror ..
I have started year sixteen with FC ..... THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOYALTY, DEAR FRIENDS. IT IS SO HEARTWARMING AND AN ENCOURAGEMENT TO CONTINUE.
I am passionate about photography and have been taking pictures since my early teens. These days I mostly use my Canon PowerShot Sx50 HS (digital only since 2007 and I still prefer film). I am often amazed what these little cameras can do and prefer them to my Canon Digital Rebel. I have no extra lenses, no filters, no tripod and no PhotoShop, so I edit my pictures very little or so much that it is obvious.
I try to capture anything and everything - mostly in colour. I started out with black and white photography and still love monochrome editing where I feel it is suitable. I photograph what I find beautiful or unusual or humourous ........... have a look.
