thanks mark i will try what you suggested.
i did notice the bottom of the birdge was quite black but the sun was coming down on the right, but i will ty at diffrent time of day to get a diffrent light ot the bridge.

So true Mark, but try finding good Birch bark these days. The natives knew when, how much, and how to harvest the bark, it was quite a science.However, composite holds up much better in the rapids.
