Thanks a lot!! We call 'safari Parc', so animal are in liberty and human in car. Not easy taking picture with car moving and animal too!! Very nice place to visit.
There`s no PP added on the butterfly-shot except for the frame, everything comes from the close-up lenses (Sony VCL-M3358) that creates a very powerfull DOF ( depth of focus) and from the focus type ( 5 spot mettering ) concentraded an a small surface of the shot ( butterfly`s head). It`s tricky to get shots with close-up lenses because the camera is setted on full-zoom (12x) and the focus is created by moving the camera closer or farther from the subject ( in this shot for example I was about 40 cm distance from the subject).
I reccomand you to buy a close up lenses, the price is decent (20-50 $) and the results are just great. Check your cam to see what is the thread on your lenses (it should be something like 50, 52 or 58 mm thread) and sherch what the best lenses is.
Advice: don`t buy a cheap lens , buy one that has a coating aproach to your lens coating .
