Mona Kensik

I am born the 6t of September 1982 in a small Town called Eckernförde in Schleswig Holstein - Germany. Since January 2001 I live in Iceland in a village, or for Iceland a Town, called Selfoss. I am married and have a little daughter. She is born in July 2005.
I have always loved to take pictures but had never owned a good enough Camera. In 2005 I bought myself my first Camera a Canon digital Spiegelreflex 350D. Fine Camera but for my expectations too little and too light. I have to have a Camera which lies good and steady in my hand. So in 2006 I bought myself the Canon 30D with a Image stabilizer efs 17-85mm lense. I am very saticfied with this Camera and am planing to buy a bigger lense as soon as possible.
I am still learning how to use this Camera right and am happy for every tip and trick I can get so that my pictures will become much better in future....

My main interest is to take pictures of Animals and Nature and most of my pictures will be of my horses. I own 4 Horses and one which I own with a friend of mine.....
