The only option to get it balanced, as you mentioned, crop emty spase on the left.

A very pleasant image. I think that it would look better balanced if you had been able to include all of the tree on the right, or perhaps you could crop away the empty space on the left.
It's a hare isn't it. You were lucky to get it. The ones around here are off like a shot as soon as they see you,,and they have very good eyesight.
