Frauenchiemsee

Dieses Foto wurde auf einer Bootstour zwischen der Fraueninsel und Prien am Chiemsee aufgenommen. Es war eines der letzten Schiffe, die an diesem frühen Abend noch über den Chiemsee schipperten. Während des Blicks auf die zurückliegende Insel voller traditioneller bayerischer Gebäude und Blumen erhaschte ich diesen traumhaften Bildausschnitt mit meiner Kamera.

I shot this photograph on a boat trip from the island Fraueninsel to Prien. It was in the early evening when I took one of the last boats that Sunday. Looking back to this really nice Chiemsee island characterised by old-style Bavarian houses and a lot of flowers and colours I recognized this incredible panorama and used my camera to catch this scene. In the foreground the waves induced by the boat become visible and far behind the Fraueninsel you can see the Alps.
