At the Adeliade arts festivial,
The haunting music of the Didgeridoo always gives me pause.

Very Nice!Somehow I felt that a Sadu from India is playing some Aus instrument....
This world instrument could be a good Project Topic...this way we all can see so many new musical instruments....
Wayne wonderful and informative picture...

The pipe called didjeridoo! This is Something very famous what is a connecting me with Australian culture. Wayne, I think it`s very difficult to see this artistic sound pipe somewhere else except your country. :) Also so extraordinary coloured man who looks like only the one person who can blow with a melody coming out from it. Much more interesting can be if you go inside the country - where the people sitting on more natural surround with no stone paving from technological world where is no strange shadows reminding tourist traces. :)Very like this scene !

@ all.Thanks, indeed a special moment.
The music is best as a lonely sound, Haunting, ageless and eternal like the land itself.
Glad you enjoy its tunes Kat.

He looks a bit lost and lonely somehow...but maybe that´s how some of his folk might feel anyway. Guess what, right now I´m enjoying some didgeridoo music myself, although as a big fan of Xavier Rudd I should call them yirdakis like the folks from Arnhem Land do :-)Nice shot
