I had to think about this for a while - it has the disadvantage that a shot appears from the top to bottom in the fc, with bottom hidden if you don't scroll.
So of course the blur comes first. But then focussing on the padlock and reading the background I pressed f11 and enjoyed the full image.
This illustrates well the unvoiced question of "Free Press?" very well. Reminds me of your excellent "One Euro" shot a while back;-)
