a quick stop at the game park very early in the morning: this young billy goat saw me and decided that i’m the one. followed me around and wanted to be cuddled the whole time. i took this picture while squatting down. soon my legs began to hurt and i had to stand up again. he didn’t seem to mind. just lay down beside me in the warm sand, leaning against my calves as though i was his favorite tree! all this affection – needless to say, he blew me away… ; ))

Wow! what a beautiful story dear Sabine. He is really happy. this has to go to my favorites. I love it.. just think of the emotions and pleasures the animals have.. If only all people would know!
How utterly adorable, I love it and am still smiling!! :)))) His little furry face leaning against your leg with a look of complete bliss, he looks like he can't get close enough to you and would gladly follow you home and be next to you for life! We had a cat like that (Bostons brother, Benson) who followed us around and pushed himself against us for a tickle and when we sat down not content with settling on one lap, he would travel from one person to another working the room!
This is going into my favourites so I can keep him!

It's such a beautiful feeling to see innocent animals following you. Just that, without knowing who you are or asking questions about you. Now think about some certain human beings who act exactly the... opposite! How disappointing could this behaviour be? And why? I, personaly, see no reason.Or is it just our bad hyper-ego? I don't know...

Als du dieses Foto veröffentlichtest, steckte ich fotografisch noch tief in den "Kinderschuhen". Mittlerweile darf ich schon auf etwas größerem Fuß knipsen, doch die Sieben-Meilen-Stiefel werden auf diesem Gebiet wohl nie in meinen Schuhschrank passen.
Daher bin ich dir äußerst dankbar, dass du mich die meiste Zeit seitdem mit deinen einzigartigen Kommentaren begleitet hast und hoffe, dass du, so es die Umstände zulassen, nicht ganz darauf verzichten wirst, von dir hören zu lassen.
Da ich jetzt entdeckte, dass noch nicht einmal ein Kommentar zu diesem tollen Foto von mir vorliegt, hole ich dies (reichlich spät) nach und füge es auch gleich zu meinen Favoriten hinzu. Ihr kommt beide so toll rüber, dass muß ich mir einfach öfter anschauen!
