The sky begins to weep
as snow begins to fall
and Nature's fast asleep

Snowflakes tumble down
leaving a blanket of snow
that covers the ground

Snow glitters on the trees
as the cold winds blow
icicles form and freeze

Winter's arrived with a roar
her icy fingers take hold
and open another seasons door
