The Black&white conversion is ok, but in the sight itself i dearly miss some eyecatcher. Its a nice overlook of a city, but it just does not really impress me.

First, there are two problems that bother me: composition is not ideal: the bottom water should be smaller so that more of the sky above the scrapers could be included, and secondly that pole in the water is distracting (clone it away perhaps).
But, this photo has a great atmosphere, beautiful b/w tones, excellent sharpness and full of nice detail all around... so my conclusion is PRO!

amazing detail, dramatic lighting in the sky, water and buildings. some of the architectural detail is distracting and competes with the action on the water. the buildings can stand alone as a strong image, the waterfront cannot in this one. i'm skipping for now...not sure yet.
