a river runs through it… ; )) and what a beautiful winterscape it is!! love how your grandson – all dressed in tan – looks as though he's a native of the forest (a wood spirit maybe…) crossing the river to check out the mysterious tangerine-colored stranger ; )). the textures of the snow are magic and so is the light on the flowing waters of the creek! hugs, sabine. p.s.: natural color key's the best!! ; ))
Superb composition in this lovely winter scene. Exposure and sharpness is great. The person on the right looks as though they have only one ski or is my eyes playing tricks with me. Have a nice weekend.

@ to all who are missing a ski .... it is indeed there and almost totally covered by snow - had to giantly enlarge this to find a part of ski just beside the foot :-)))
The way you were skiing was a well trodden path it seems, but the setting is pure Nature, an enchated forest and a clear cold rive.
The only adventurers daughter and grandson and the dot of colour your daughter's wind breaker...
You captured the light of a winter's day perfectly well, the shot almost seems monochromatic...
A pro for this scene.
