and once a principal shopping street for the Nabateans in ancient Petra ...
it was refurbished during the occupation of the Romans, and now all the columns are laying by the side of the street (although I have seen photos with them intact).

Auch hier zeigst du wieder ein ganz großartiges Motiv!
Die Steine wirken fast ein wenig wie ein wundervolles Mosaik und durch den Bildschnitt bekommt deine feine Aufnahme eine beeindruckende Tiefe!

Great shot,Adele! Very beautiful capture of the anient road that shows the texture to every detail. It's amazing how vividly such pictures revive ancient noisy scenes with crowded shops around very much like nowadays...best regards

Que buen punto de vista rasante para realzar esa calle de grandes losas, magnifico el color ayudado por esa potente luz.Lo peor de estas fotos turísticas es que son a horas de luces muy duras.
