I like the high-key in this picture, it makes a very nice tone.
The way its orientated somehow i have a problem with, the hairline has been cut in a way i find not pleasing to the eye. I need to think about it.

The hairline being cut is one major flaw as i see it, and another one is the underlip, which somehow does not look good.
I agree that the eye's and eyebrows look very expressive, but in my opinion that alone is not enough to "make" the pic.
