First Snowfall in Central Tokyo

8:44 a.m., Arisugawa Park, the morning after snow fell throughout the night over Tokyo...

While folks who are used to 2 feet of snow might laugh at this, this snowfall, a rare occurrence, was a big deal to folks in Tokyo. It was either the dread of slippery roads or the thrill of walking on crunching white carpet! Unfortunately, the snow didn't last long. By afternoon, most of the snow had melted away. :(
