First time SLR user and wondering why I waited so long. I have a Canon Rebel XT with a Canon 50mm f1.8, Tamron 90mm f2.8, Tamron 11-18mm, a Tamron 28-75 , and Tamron 75-300mm lenses.

Hey Bob, The car was doing a burn out at a local car show I went to. Its my favorite foto ever!!
I put a motion blur on the background because there were people there and I didnt want them to distract the eye from the car.

Lensblur blended in soft light; neat image, sturation, usm by hight pass.

and thanks for the comment that u dropped below my pic "miss dynamite", to some degree i agree , to some i don't... in this site, first of all, not only the good photos get comment but the photos of the people who r well known get comments too, some times they r useless trifless but they again vote for the sake of friendship
and sometimes really brilliant ones cannot get enough either

when i uploaded "dulce at decorum est" i did not have that much friend but as the time passes i gain, maybe thats why or maybe it is a general tendency that poeple like funny images rather than that kind
