Hi Luc,
I know the new road, they were building it when I visited Iceland in February 2011. I could drive some parts from Grindavik til Krusavik. They other part they where working.
So it is ready now and you can go the whole way.
Thanks for the information.
Manfred
Dear Luc, you know these dunes so well already through all your input, I am sure you will know just where to go if you ever come to Namibia, thank you for your comment, regards, cathy
Dear Luc, I can't tell you how cold it was and standing up straight in the icy wind was a problem, but it was so beautiful, thank you for your comment, regards ,
Dear Luc, this is a great place because you have the Namib at your feet and you see the never ending planes that just go on forever and melt with the horizons, thank you for your comment, regards,
Dear Luc, I agree, it has been worrying me, will fix it when I get back to Windhoek, same for flash of sunlight. Many thanks, really appreciate your advice. Regards, cathy
Good morning Luc.Thank you, I really value your opinion. Have a look at it again as I would crop off from the LEFT. It really worries me that the dark spot on the top of the dune is in the centre.I can't work Photoshop(yet) and have to wait until I get back to Windhoek to get a friend to do it for me. Thank you for your input, best regards, cathy
Luc, another point I forgot to mention about Le thoronet, I wanted it to float, not to be earth bound, to let the blue, a spiritual color melt with the gold and pink. It was a first try at this type of approach , I am sure YOU would make an exquisite shot of it.cathy
Dear Luc, I wanted this glow to be indistinct, to enshroud one hence the slow exposure, hope you turned it around, it is vertical, don't know how to get it vertical onto the fc screen.Le toronet is a mediaeval abbey in the south of France, regards, cathy
Dear Luc,
I like it to see your fotos. Specially the black & with one's.
Compliment to you, very beautiful !
I will come back soon, to visit you and dream in your pictures.
If you do the b/w contest, I wish you good luck !!!
I hope you do ;-)))

Hi Luc, i think we make some trips to Southiceland,Jökulsarlon, Landmannalaugar and to the beautiful waterfalls Haunfossar.
Maybe around the Iceland, if the weather is ok.
Cheers Tom
love the way you look at the world. it seems to me you don't take pictures but preserve moods and emotions - poetically. keep on doing that, i enjoy your works very much.
Je viens de regarder tes photos d'islande en mars, pour moi, qui y a beaucoup voyagé, c'est tout un nouveau monde en cette période. Félicitations.
Cordialement, Dieter

Thanks for the feedback but you got it wrong... I darkened the who picture and the over exposed parts remaind brighter. The part near the bottom is a little lighter because I removed some distracting branches that had a sock hanging from it. The bottom part of the tree is about 10 ft from the ground.

Thanks. I actually have the same picture with a wider angle lense taken about 15 min earlier and the sky is even bluer. That one I will likely try to sell so I won't publish it here.
Owen
Oh! Yes??? I'm nearly every day there, but this one photo is a masterpiece for me, 'cause it shows a totally other "picture" of this street ;-)
Greetings,

Guten Morgen Luc,
Wolfgang
Hi Luc,
